Current statistics show that many Americans are choosing to remodel their current
home instead of buying a new home and moving—undoubtedly a result of the current
economy and housing situation across the U.S.
But starting a remodeling project often comes with fear and uncertainty.
It’s no surprise that the number one concern of homeowners looking to remodel
their home is whether their remodeling project will be completed professionally
and correctly. In addition, homeowners want to feel confident that warranty
items will be taken care of if an issue arises after the job is completed.
WHAT IF...
- Your new addition develops a structural issue that requires repair?
- You have an issue with your remodeling project and when you try to contact the remodeler,
you find out he’s no longer in business?
- You aren’t satisfied with your remodeler’s work and he won’t make
it right?
- Your warranty items aren’t taken care of after the job is completed?
- Your warranty issue occurs after the remodeler’s standard warranty term expires (typically
only one year)?
StrucSure Home Warranty is here to help you avoid the common headaches, hassles,
and “What If’s?” and make your remodeling experience a positive
one.

The StrucSure Remodelers ProgramTM provides homeowners like you with coverage options
that will ease your fears and offer you peace of mind during and after your remodeling
project.
Our third-party, insurance-backed warranty covers workmanship and materials with
an optional provision to include major structural components of your remodeling
project (if needed). We offer one, two, and three year coverage terms and
coverage limits of $25k, $50k, $100k, and more*.
As a member of the StrucSure Remodelers ProgramTM, your remodeler can offer you
low-cost warranty protection on your remodeling project. The warranty cost
is reasonably priced (starting at only $199 for up to $25k worth of coverage for
one year).
The warranty process is simple. First, you and your remodeler will select
the appropriate coverage options for your remodeling project. Your remodeler
will submit the warranty payment directly to StrucSure Home Warranty, so there’s
no need for you to deal with or pay another vendor out-of-pocket.
Then, your remodeler will work directly with StrucSure Home Warranty to set up your
warranty. Once the project is complete and you’ve signed-off on the
work performed, StrucSure will send you a warranty booklet and Certificate of Warranty
Coverage. It’s that easy!
Before you hire a contractor, make sure they are credible, professional and have
valid references you can check. Then, make sure they are a member of the StrucSure
Remodelers ProgramTM. If they aren’t, direct them to
