1. Why should I use a third-party warranty?
One of the greatest challenges in the remodeling industry is putting homeowner's
fears at ease regarding a home improvement project. By using a third-party warranty,
your homeowner will have peace-of-mind knowing they are working with a reputable
remodeler and they are covered in the event an issue with workmanship/materials,
or structural integrity occurs (and the remodeler is unwilling or unable to fix
it).
2. How do I benefit from participating in this new program?
In addition to putting your client's fears at ease and closing more deals, you will
benefit from the extra liability protection our warranty provides.
3. What is covered under this warranty?
As a surety program, StrucSure stands behind your warranty obligation on workmanship
and materials, assuring your homeowners their warranted items will be taken care
of in the event you are unwilling or unable to do so. If structural coverage is
selected, StrucSure Home Warranty is the first point-of-contact in the event a major
structural defect occurs*.
