Warranty Portal Launch Info.

StrucSure Home Warranty is pleased to announce the launch of the StrucSure Warranty Portal.  This online resource gives builders, homeowners, and title companies access to important warranty documents and coverage information in real-time, any time.  Note this resource is for new construction only.

  • The portal is available for home closings that occur after September 1, 2015.  Simple instructions on how to access the online portal will be provided to the homeowner at closing along with the Home Enrollment Application (HEA).
  • If the homebuyer closed prior to September 1, 2015, they received their Warranty Booklet prior to or at closing and will receive their Certificate of Warranty coverage by mail.  If necessary, they can request these documents again from their builder or StrucSure Home Warranty.
  • After September 1, 2015, Warranty Booklets and Certificates of Warranty Coverage will no longer by mailed out post-closing but will be available through our online portal once closing has occurred and the HEA and warranty payment have been received and processed by StrucSure.  If homeowners do not have access to a computer, they can request their warranty documents via mail by contacting our customer service team.

In order to login to our portal at https://warranty.strucsure.com/, you will need the property address or HEA (Home Enrollment Application) number.  Once you are logged in, you will be able to retrieve coverage information on the property in addition to the Warranty Coverage Booklet and Certificate of Warranty Coverage.

You will have the ability to view the documents online, print them, or save them to your hard drive (by selecting “Save as” once the file is open and then saving to your local hard drive).  Documents are in .pdf format and require Acrobat Reader to view.  If you don’t have Acrobat Reader, you can download it for free here.

Simple instructions on how to access the online portal and warranty documents will be provided along with our Home Enrollment Application to the homeowner at closing via the title company.

We are excited to make our warranty documents available in a more streamlined and efficient manner while also becoming more environmentally conscious by reducing our overall paper output.  We trust you will find value in this new resource.
