Locke was previously the Executive Officer of the Central Texas Home Builders Association where she spent 2 1⁄2 years serving local home builders and industry associates through policy management, communication, advocacy, relationship building, and other activities. Previous to that position, she worked in advertising / sales for the Killeen Daily Herald Newspaper for 7 1⁄2 years.
