In order to purchase warranty coverage for the homes you build, you must first become a member of StrucSure Home Warranty by clicking on the appropriate button below and completing a simple, online application. Once we receive your application, we will process it and notify you of your approval status via email within 2-3 business days (rush registrations are processed within one business day). Members will receive login credentials for our online portal where you can quickly and easily enroll homes for warranty coverage, submit underwriting documents, and pay applicable warranty fees.
