Our Builder Warranties

At StrucSure Home Warranty, we provide new-home warranty products and services that help builders minimize their risk, sell more homes, and avoid the courthouse. StrucSure offers two new-home, insurance-backed warranty products:  A 1-2-10 warranty and a 10-year structural only warranty, as outlined below.

Just like any risk management product, the hope is that you’ll never need it, but when a problem emerges, you’ll be glad you’re covered.

Our 1, 2 and 10-year combined warranty  includes coverage for one year on workmanship and materials; coverage for two years on delivery portions of systems (the wiring, piping, and ductwork in the electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilating, and mechanical systems); and coverage for 10 years on major structural defects.   Our 10-year major structural defect warranty begins on the day of closing and lasts for 10 years.  Note this warranty does not include the one and two year options in the 1-2-10 warranty.
