Our Platinum Builder designation is StrucSure Home Warranty’s Mark of Excellence and is our highest accolade for our top builder members. Obtaining “Platinum Builder” designation with StrucSure Home Warranty is only achieved by those builders who meet the following requirements:
- Consistently enroll over 50 homes a year in our program
- Build homes with a focus on quality and craftmanship
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Remain claims free (striving for proactive resolution on construction issues before they become a warranty claim)
- Continue to be committed to and involved with the homebuilding industry
