Experienced builder warranty and risk management professional brings more than 20 years of industry expertise to StrucSure’s growing sales team
StrucSure Home Warranty is pleased to welcome William “Bill” Connor as Vice President of Sales, Western U.S. Region.
Bill brings more than 20 years of experience in builder warranty, risk management, insurance sales and business development, along with an extensive track record of developing long-term relationships with homebuilders, developers, insurance professionals and industry associations throughout the Western United States.
“Bill’s depth of experience in the homebuilding and warranty industries, combined with his strong understanding of builder risk and relationship-driven sales, makes him an excellent addition to the StrucSure team,” said Bill Flack, Executive Vice President, National Sales & Products at StrucSure Home Warranty. “His experience working directly with builders and helping them evaluate solutions that protect their businesses will be a tremendous asset as we continue expanding our presence throughout the Western region.”
Prior to joining StrucSure, Bill held regional sales and market development positions serving builders throughout Oregon and Washington. His career also includes commercial insurance sales and risk management experience, giving him a broad perspective on the financial, operational and liability challenges facing residential builders.

In his new role, Bill will focus on developing new builder relationships, supporting StrucSure’s existing clients and expanding awareness of the company’s warranty and risk management solutions throughout the Western United States.
Bill is based in Salem, Oregon.
