IMACC contractors understand warranty protection helps homeowners avoid potential headaches, hassles, and “what if’s?” and make their restoration project a positive experience. In the unlikely event that there is a covered warranty defect within five years after completion of your project, you can rest assured that the defect will be resolved. In addition to providing you with the confidence that any covered defects will be resolved, this warranty also protects you against additional repair bills—or even worse—a legal nightmare that could result in wasted time, energy, and money. The hope is that you will never need warranty protection, but if a problem emerges, you’ll be glad you’re covered!
The IMACC contractor warranty includes five-year workmanship/materials coverage, five-year structural defect coverage, PLUS a five-year no smoke odor guarantee on every restoration project. The warranty is provided as a value-added service designed to provide you with additional confidence and peace-of-mind. Once a restoration project is complete, you’ve signed off on the work performed, and final contract payment has been received by your IMACC contractor, you will receive a Certificate of Warranty Coverage. It’s that easy!
