Payment of Claims Fee: After submitting the claims form below, you will have an option to pay your claims fee via our secure payment portal. Alternatively, you may mail any necessary claim fee to: StrucSure Home Warranty, LLC, Attn: Warranty Service Division, 6825 East Tennessee Avenue, Suite #410, Denver, CO 80224. Consult the How To Report A Major Structural Defect Claim section of your warranty booklet for additional information. Please provide your HEA number or the Home Address associated with the claim along with your payment.
Please note that the total claim and repair process may take 60 days to complete. If necessary, we may contact you for more information. A person who knowingly submits a fraudulent claim is guilty of a crime.
